The 2010 Life Services Network (LSN) Annual Meeting and Exposition is being held March 24 – 26 at the Navy Pier in Chicago. This annual meeting is an opportunity for senior living and aging services professionals to listen in on industry experts as they discuss the latest research, technology, and industry practice.
Mather LifeWays staff are conducted four workshops at this annual meeting. We will be presenting valuable information on conducting customer insight surveys, well-being and the environment, the impact of unpaid caregiving on the workplace, and successful sales and occupancy strategies for senior living providers.
