Vitamin D has been linked to cognition

United Press International Inc. reports findings that link vitamin D and maintained cognitive functioning in older adults. The researchers found that individuals who consumed sufficient amounts of vitamin D were more likely to manage and use information.

The research involved over 1000 participants, aged 65-99. The data showed that only 35% of the participants received sufficient vitamin D. Follow the link at:
